The hotline is intended to provide information for displaced parents living in the Corpus Christi area, but all questions from displaced parents in other parts of the state will also be answered, to the extent possible, by calling this number from 8 AM to 5 PM, daily, including weekends.
Parent Coordination Leadership
The Parent Coordination Network is a leadership function of the Texas Education Agency and provides statewide leadership to address identified areas of need in special education. Its primary responsibilities are to:
Provide training and technical assistance;
Disseminate information throughout the state; and
Implement continuous improvement activities.
The Parent Coordination Network is committed to ensuring that parents of students with disabilities receive accurate and timely information to assist them in making informed choices in their children's education.
